LUXURY COACH SERVICE VONLANE ADDS MEMPHIS-NASHVILLE ROUTE
Multiple daily departures to provide 'private jet on wheels' experience
(MEMPHIS, Tenn., April 17, 2023) –
Vonlane, a Texas-based premium transportation
company, today announced the expansion of its Southeast luxury motor-coach service with a
new route between Memphis and Nashville. The addition includes daily service and 40 weekly
departures beginning May 26.
For both leisure and business travelers between the two cities, Vonlane provides a luxury
travel experience with its signature services of 22 first-class leather seats, ample personal
space, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an on-board attendant offering premium cabin service with
snacks, meals and beverages included. Travelers in both markets can book trips online now at
vonlane.com, with introductory
one-way fare set at $109 and roundtrip service set at $218 with no taxes, baggage or change
fees.
“Our goal is to provide travelers an alternative to the hassle of driving
their own vehicle,” said Alex Danza, founder and CEO of Vonlane. “We are pleased to expand
our Southeast presence, and we know leisure travelers love the luxurious, first-class travel
experience that we offer, and our business travelers know they can work in a quiet,
comfortable environment and bill their travel time.”
“Today, there are zero nonstop flights between Memphis and Nashville, and the shortest
connecting flight is more than three hours, plus the time passengers spend waiting at the
airport,” Danza said. “With our service, you arrive 15 minutes before departure, board the
coach, put your feet up, pull out your book or laptop, and we are on the way to your
destination, and it beats driving your own vehicle and losing productivity sitting behind
the wheel in traffic.”
The debut schedule features daily departures from each city as follows:
Memphis to Nashville
- Monday, Thursday, Friday: 6 a.m., 10 a.m., 2p.m., 6 p.m.
- Tuesday: 10 a.m., 6 p.m.
- Wednesday: 6 a.m., 2 p.m.
- Saturday, Sunday schedule: 10 a.m., 2 p.m.

"“Business and leisure travelers go back and forth between Memphis and
Nashville with regularity, and we know there is a large group of international travelers who
want to visit both cities, as well,” Danza said. “Our luxury coach service is perfect for
visitors who want to experience both cities without additional airline travel or renting a
car to make the trip up and down Interstate 40.”
Launched in 2014, Vonlane has created a loyal following of travelers,
steadily expanding its routes over the years to meet increasing customer demand. The company
currently offers transportation throughout Texas in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and

(DALLAS, TX – May ##, 2020)
– Vonlane, the Texas-based premium transportation
company, has announced it will resume select service routes on Friday, May 29th between
Dallas and Austin; Dallas and Houston; and Houston and Austin. Vonlane crew members will
follow extensive procedures to ensure the health and safety of its passengers while
providing the luxury motor coach's signature first-class travel experience.
"As one of our core values, the safety of our passengers, crew, and fellow over-theroad
travelers is our top priority,"" says Alex Danza, founder & CEO of Vonlane. In light of the
current coronavirus situation, Vonlane is maximizing our efforts to make sure the Vonlane
experience is as responsible, safe and comfortable as our passengers have come to expect."
As part of Vonlane's coronavirus response and service relaunch:
- All aisle seats and certain conference table seats will be blocked
through June, ensuring that all passengers sit alone with proper social distance and
among a group of, at most, 12 other passengers.
- Passengers must wear non-surgical face coverings that cover the nose
and mouth throughout the trip. Face coverings may be removed while eating and drinking.

attendants will wear FDA food code-compliant gloves while serving consumable products.
- Vonlane motor coaches will carry hand sanitizer for passenger use that
is NSF-certified and FDA food code-compliant.
- Vonlane cleaning crews will use the EPA-certified Celeste
Sani-Cide EX3 product to disinfect the interior of all motor coaches after every
trip, and an overnight cleaning crew will perform a deep cleaning every night. The
product meets EPA criteria for use against SARS-COV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
- Passengers may change their departure date and time with Vonlane at any
time at no cost and no difference in fare; full refunds are available if cancelled 24
hours or more prior to departure of the initial leg of the trip.
For families seeking a post-quarantine vacation, Vonlane has introduced the ability to
charter an entire coach to transit passengers to and from the beaches of Florida, the
mountains of Colorado, or anywhere in the continental US. The whole-coach charter allows
families to avoid congested airports and middle seats that come with air travel or public
restrooms and unnecessary stops that come with road trips.
"We're eager to welcome our loyal passengers back to their private jet on wheels as well as
introduce first-time travelers to our signature experience that provides a responsible,
reliable means to travel in Texas and beyond," notes Danza. "As service resumes, we will
continually monitor and modify our response based on guidelines from the CDC and State of
Texas and the feedback from passengers and crew. We are also working hard to reopen our
popular routes to Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Oklahoma City as soon as feasible."

Vonlane and MD Anderson Team Up to Provide Discounted Luxury Travel for
Cancer Patients
Patients traveling to and from Houston for treatment from Austin, Dallas, or
San Antonio may access comfortable, affordable alternative
(DALLAS - June 14, 2017) – Luxury motor coach service Vonlane has partnered with
the University of Texas MD Anderson
Cancer Center in Houston to provide cancer patients traveling to and from the
treatment center with discounted, fully refundable travel on Vonlane’s fleet.
The partnership was forged in response to a growing number of cancer patients seeking
transportation with Vonlane. Many of these patients have been advised by their doctors to
avoid airlines due to immunosuppression following rounds of cancer treatment, which
increases the likelihood of patients contracting illnesses from lingering microbes in
mass-transit airports or in the close-quarters environment of airline cabins. Patients also
say the fatigue caused by cancer treatment makes it difficult to drive or navigate the
walking involved in airport terminals.
“Vonlane has become an important part of our patients’ treatment plans in the Texas
Triangle. As airline and personal car travel may be too taxing or problematic for some
patients, we’re pleased to offer patients a safe, easy, comfortable, and reduced-fare
solution with Vonlane,” said Gretchen E. Vaughan, senior director of development for MD
Anderson Cancer Center.
“We are honored to partner with MD Anderson and provide their patients with the very best
accommodations to and from treatment,” said Alex Danza, founder and CEO of Vonlane. “We’re
committed to providing a more comfortable and affordable travel alternative overall and
especially for cancer patients in Texas. Our passenger-first culture ensures patients
experience the same care and compassion while in transit as they do at home or at MD
Anderson.”
The discount program is available to all MD Anderson cancer patients traveling to Houston
for treatment from Austin, Dallas, or San Antonio. The reservations are 100% refundable and
not subject to cancellation policies. Additionally, for each paying MD Anderson passenger,
Vonlane will contribute to MD Anderson’s indigent patient travel program in the form of
account credits for the cancer center’s use.
According to John C. Schweitzer, an MD Anderson Board of Visitors member, “As an avid and
frequent Vonlane traveler, I readily saw an opportunity to enhance our patients’ lives by
making their travel for treatment easier, friendlier, and more affordable. I’m thrilled
Vonlane teamed with us to offer a discount for our patients and also stepped up to create a
travel fund for our indigent patients.”
“I knew when Alex and Gretchen began collaborating that something good would result.
Gretchen is a terrific asset for MD Anderson; I can’t imagine a more effective, respected
ambassador for our exceptionally critical health care institution. Alex is a talented
businessman and visionary who clearly understands the importance of putting customers first
and shares our passion for MD Anderson. They have created an immense added value for our
patients,” noted Schweitzer.
Vonlane’s Houston terminal is located in downtown Houston, approximately five miles from MD
Anderson’s facility. The coach operates four weekday arrivals and departures in Houston from
each of Vonlane’s locations in Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio. Additionally, the coach
provides weekend service.
To secure the discount, patients must book directly through MD Anderson’s travel department.
